Fastest growing Mini-Blogging site Twitter files their
first UDRP (Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policies) in obtain the ownership of the current parked domain "twittersearch.com".

Experts says Twitter has the right to file UDRP, as its too close to the main domain name twitter.com which might create a confusion between two.

They have "Twitter" as their Trademark, But still unable to secure trademark over the term "tweet" and they are pretty desperate to get that.

Currently "twittersearch.com" is parked (under godaddy) since March 2007 & if we try to check the owner's identity through WHOIS...'Its Hidden!!'

I can say this is just the begging, Next may be: Twittervideos.com, Twitterblog.com and so on....
But at least to the readers; Don't try to book such domain, it will put you in trouble and nothing else.
